[Gforge-devel] problems configuring cvs

Hi guys , i'm having a few problems trying to make cvs work in gforge.
First , i have already set cvsroot in cvsweb.conf to point  to /var/cvsroot
, but the projects are not being created . I get no /var/cvs/"unixname"
created. so browse cvs doesn't work.
I have cron jobs to cvs uncommented, but i have noticed that
usergroup.phpjob always give me errors like

chown: `alexandre:viapaf': invalid user
chown: `salas:nomedeuser': invalid user
...

Should  user registered to gforge be added to passwd ? If yes , shouldn't be
automatically ?
