[Gforge-devel] Anonymous document submit

Hi,

On one of our GForge instances, we're having some serious anonymous
document-spamming to projects. I bet that we're not the only group having
this kind of problem.

Shall we modify GForge in the mainstream so that anonymous submissions are
forbidden ? (I'm not opening a feature request tracker yet, I want to
discuss this matter with you all first).
