[Gforge-devel] Change default language in front page

Dear GForge Team,

I set several variables in /etc/gforge/local.inc
(Debian 4.0), and it works perfectly, except for
$sys_lang. 

I have check the existance of language.tab in
www/include/languages and the status in
supported_languages table.

And, when the users are logged in, the _can_ change
the default language. But only when the users are
logged in. I want to set the default language on front
page, before login.

Am i doing something wrong or missing some steps?
Please advise.
