[Gforge-devel] Change default language in front page

Hi,

The Gforge application adapts automatically to your browser settings.

In a browser, you can normally configure the languages that you accept 
and give an order of priority.

For example, in Firefox or Iceweasel, Select Preferences, then Advanced 
icon and General tab. There is a section language where you can 
configure this order. So if you prefer french, just add the french 
language and put it at the first choice.
