[Gforge-devel] bug in cronjobs/daily_task_email.php?

sorry to pursue this thread here, but now that I have you...

Is there a forum for asking "is this a bug?" Especially for relatively 
newbie types like me it seems like there might be times when I find a 
bug that is well known.  Posting a known bug to the bug list seems 
almost as annoying as polluting the devel mailing list :)

Looking further at the original bug, it seems like a judicious 
application of "runCronAsSiteAdmin()" might be adequate.
